clients. This is a deliberate policy to avoid the ethical dilemma of auditing
books that we help to prepare. Recent auditing scandals in America vindicates
our approach.
However we have a good working relationship with a
firm of auditors who know us very well and the quality of our services. They
can generally offer our clients audits services at significantly lower rates.
Frandila does not have any financial interest in any audit firm and no audit firm has any financial interest in Frandila.
